Test System Required for Final Mass Production Testing of eMMC Products
Test system required for final mass production testing of eMMC products. Fusing & updating firmware and performing basic tests to distinguish between normal and defective products.
It is used for mass testing and sample analysis during the development phase, and can also be used for final inspection of mass production when linked with automated equipment in the factory.
