Samsung SSD Reliability Test System (COMBI System)

This SQA board is for verifying the reliability of Power & Data ON/OFF of SATA & SAS 2 Interface SSD products. It checks the reliability of SSD SATA & SAS2 communication data through implementation and control of 6GHz transmission data interface and 3.3V, 5V, 12V power.

※ Combi-4 Rev 0 → SSD Power & DATA signal control

※ Combi-4 Rev 4.0 → SSD Power Only Control
